Kelly E. LeGrow, Managing Partner
Kelly E. LeGrow is a well-known executive in the health care industry. Kelly is now a Vice President within the Brown & Brown organization. In the course of her career, she has developed and implemented operational, business and marketing strategies for hospitals, managed care organizations and physician groups. She also has analyzed provider networks, benefit plans and operational strategies for health care organizations. Her resume includes Senior Management positions for Sierra Health Services, Silver State Administrators, Prime Health, John Alden Life and Horizon Health Care. She has lived in southern Nevada since 1984 and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Kelly serves as the Chairman of the Board for the Nevada Chapter of the American Lung Association.
Lori Wilkinson, Managing Partner
Lori Wilkinson brings more than 20 years of national and international experience in sales, leadership, business development, customer and retail marketing, strategic planning and contract negotiation. Her duties include directing the Distinct Benefit Solutions team, and she is a Vice President within the Brown & Brown organization. During her career, she has held a variety of positions with some of the top companies on the Fortune 100 to include The Coca-Cola Company, M&M/Mars Inc., and Nestle Foods®. Before joining Waymark, now Brown & Brown, she took on an entrepreneurial role by founding her own firm that offered sales, marketing and strategic alliance expertise to various small business and corporate partners. Lori holds a BS from Utah State University and she is from a 4th generation Nevada ranching family. A committed volunteer, she offers her time and talent to the Gary Morris Invitational benefiting TAPS and American Airlines Celebrity events benefiting Susan G. Komen and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundations.
